How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information in writing:

- Identification of the material on our website that you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material (e.g., URL).

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice
If you believe material that was removed or disabled was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Scanp will notify the original complainant and may restore the material after 10 business days.
